Maintenance Plan:

• Replace or clean air filters
• Inspect and adjust drive belt
• Inspect and adjust sheaves
• Lubricate bearings
• Check electrical connections
• Check operation of safety controls
• Check operating pressures and temperatures
• Check operating efficiency (fossil fuels)
• Clean as required
• Evaporator and condenser coils clean as required
• Check condensation flow
• Check for proper voltages & amperages
• Inspect condition of all contactors
