President and CEO
Matt began his career in the family business, working part time while still in college. After earning his Business and Finance degree from Mount St. Mary’s University in 1988, he joined the firm full time and has held positions at nearly all levels within the company — including as Foreman, Project Manager, Division Manager, and Chief Operating Officer — before being named President in 1998. Under his leadership, the company has optimized its levels of service and quality through the use of state-of-the-art technology, corporate entity development (including the reorganization of Warner Construction), and other enhancements that have enabled the divisions to focus more precisely on serving their respective clients and customers to the fullest. Matt currently sits on the Board of Directors of Blue Ridge Bank, State of Maryland HVACR, and the Trinity School.
